Captain Plastic - The Polymer Avenger

In a desperate attempt to combat Mutant Metal and his endless army of metallic Enforcers, Master Crash hallucinates Captain Plastic to neutralize the Enforcer’s dominance. Captain Plastic wields giant industrial-strength plastic rollers for arms to neutralize opponents into saran wrap pods. Captain Plastic was a featured attraction in the Antique SciFi Circus, wrapping human patrons into pods of industrial-strength saran wrap.
